What do Taylor Swift and Kendrick Lamar have in common, Bad Blood! This honors seminar uses your music taste as a starting point for exploring how we communicate across difference. Through conversations about what we love, what we don’t, and why, students will examine how disagreements over music reveal deeper differences in identity, values, power, and belonging. The course emphasizes dialogue, listening, and reflection, helping students learn how to stay in conversation even when tastes (and perspectives) clash.
